The importance of sleep:
I think that sleep is very important because if you do not get enough sleep your brain can't concentrate.
Sleep plays an important role in your physical health. For example, sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels. Ongoing sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke.

The importance of Nutrition:

I think that nutrition is key to a good and healthy life. As it fills you up and without nutrition you become skinny and sick.
Why nutrition is important. Eating a balanced diet is vital for good health and wellbeing. Food provides our bodies with the energy, protein, essential fats, vitamins and minerals to live, grow and function properly. We need a wide variety of different foods to provide the right amounts of nutrients for good health.

The importance of Hygiene:
I think that hygiene is important because it leads to a healthy life. Without getting a very bad illness on the way.

Your health depends on your personal hygiene. "Good hygiene includes regularly and thorough washing of the person's body, hair, hands, as well as brushing and flossing teeth, caring for gums and keeping the feet clean." Caring for your appearance and body smells is important to a person's self-esteem.

In conclusion i think that doing all of this is very important to do to stay healthy and not to fall asleep during school.

  2. Your story is very detailed and thorough. I also like how you used facts in your story from other websites and how you wrote down the bottom where you got your information from. You could of improved your story by writing about your sleep , nutrition and personal hygine. I learnt a lot from your piece of writing like how nutrition helps your body heaps. I never knew that sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels. Overall I think your story is very detailed and is a good piece of writing. Well done.
